- I ACKNOWLEDGE that I take possession of the equipment belonging to L’Atelier aux Gets, after ensuring that it is in good working order.
- I UNDERTAKE to return the equipment that I rented at the set times and in the state in which it was entrusted to me. Washing of bikes is MANDATORY
- I AM SOLELY RESPONSIBLE dfor the equipment for the hire duration.
- ON MY RETURN at the end of the hire period and after checking, if the equipment turns out to be damaged or not returned, I authorise the workshop to withdraw the corresponding sum: PARTS (purchase price + VAT + LABOUR) / BIKE NOT RETURNED (sale price including VAT).
